Anne Pentland
Artist Story
Anne Pentland received her bachelor’s degree in studio art from UC Davis in 1987, studying under such noted artists as Robert Arneson, Manuel Neri and Wayne Thiebaud. She teaches art at Calistoga Elementary School (1995-present) and is Assistant Director at Nimbus Arts in St Helena. She works in pastel, watercolor, acrylic, oil, mosaic, and clay. Her work currently focuses on endangered species.
